  • Oversight of digital customer experience driving deliverables resulting in a 68% YoY increase in MAU and a 20% YoY increase in shop-to-book conversion.

  • Owned two-year re-architecture and UI redesign delivering 2.0 backend driven customer apps & website, 66% decrease in steps to book, 16 new digital features, 10% decrease in operational team emails and phone calls, 30% increase in members with digital booking.

  • Defined and aligned cross-department digital vision and scalability strategy via roadmap dedicated to empowering customers with self-service booking & travel management tools. 


Wheels Up | New York, NY | Product | June 2019 - November 2020

  • Delivered industry-changing “single search” private aviation booking experience connecting known and unknown aircraft supply to customers and operational team earning digital booking revenue topping $1.5B in the first 2 years post-launch.

  • Released monthly enhancements to digital platform including a 30% increase in promotional aircraft purchase opportunities while eliminating secondary FMS for the operational team to monitor.

  • Increased AB Inbev employee satisfaction and improved office culture by producing the app, Hoppy, for employees to gain beer knowledge via timed games, earning digital badges, and receiving prizes. 80% NYC office adoption rate within the first 4 months post-release.

  • Responsible for ABInbev & ACUVUE digital deliverables via internal full-stack development and content teams. Deliverables include social media content, monthly app & web enhancements, and bug oversight.
